I've been working with people of all ages in a variety of mental health settings since 2006. I have experience doing therapy with children and adolescents including family work. I also enjoy working with adults and couples on strengthening their lives and relationships. I'd love to get a chance to work with you too. At this time I am accepting referrals, but appointment times may be limited but we can find a time for you!.

In 2007 I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Viterbo and then went on to get a Masters Degree in Counseling through Winona State University in 2010. I love my work and am always striving to add more to my practice through learning new methods of treatment. In 2013 I received full licensure for Wisconsin and in 2025 I added the LPCC for Minnesota clients. I hope to be able to bring great knowledge and growth to my clients for decades to come.

In 2026 WiseMind Therapy, LLC developed as I spent 13 years with Counseling Associates and have decided to build a practice on my own with my good friend and colleague. If you've seen me at Counseling Associates you can get in touch with me as I have not gone far.

When I'm not in the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and our children, walking our dog, reading, working out, watching movies, and exploring the coulee region for fun things to do.
